PRINCIPAL

Declan O’Toole graduated from U.C.C. with a B.C.L. degree in 1981. He qualified as a Solicitor in March 1985. He initially worked in a small practice before moving as assistant solicitor to one of the biggest firms in Cork and Munster.

He oversaw the establishment of their newly opened branch office in Douglas in 1991. He subsequently established his own practice in 1994 and moved to newly built customised office premises in 2001. He has been practising law in the Douglas area since 1991.

He was appointed Commissioner for Oaths in 1991. He continues to advise and provide legal services with the assistance of excellent support staff.
